Please book a Discovery Call prior to this session. In the initial consult you will learn self hypnosis and acupressure techniques to relax deeply and have an experience of hypnosis to work towards your goals.
This is a single session that turns off old, unhelpful pain messages in the brain and resets the body's muscles to release tension and relax. This session is only for you if you have been medically assessed an told nothing more can be done, nothing can be found or advised to take pain relief.
